I WANT A CONTACT NUMBER TO TALK TO A PERSON
So this will be Day one of posting a Hello Peter Compliant Everyday Until Wonga assists me... Lets see how long its going to take... my guess is at least 30 Days... if im Lucky...
I WANT A CONTACT NUMBER TO SPEAK TO A PERSON... DONT GIVE YOUR CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER AS IT JUST LOOPS INTO DIFFERENT OPTIONS THAT LEADS TO "GO TO OUR WEBSITE"
So I have Emailed Wonga More that 5 times, I have made a hello peter complaint and the response was just as generic as the generic responses I get on email but my problem is still not resolve According to Transunion I owe you R100, this is destroying my credit score. I do not owe you R100 and even if i Did I will pay it with a smile but nobody is coming back toe me on how to Resolve This

There seems to be an error with the image, and we are not able to view its contents. Please send us your TransUnion credit report in PDF Form
Once we are able to see what is reflecting on your credit, then we will be able to send a manual amendment request to the bureau.
