I regret going back and taking a Wonga loan
I regret going back and taking a Wonga loan. I app**** for a loan and the ***** that was processing my application added a R283.00 life insurance. who in their right mind can take an insurance this expensive attached to a short term loan? I have my own death benefit. this is a total ******* and I have not selected to take such expensive insurance. i even doubt that i will get the help. I would like to terminate this insurance if possible because it is not even on my loan agreement. how am I charged for something that is not on the contract. I am very disappointed as this looks like the staff is just adding things in order to make a sale or something.

26 Feb 2025, 14:32I am getting standard responses from your team saying that I selected the death cover on the credit credit Mandate. the mandate was just to agree for a debit order not taking out an expensive death benefit that I do not need.

26 Feb 2025, 14:42which person in their right mind take out a death cover of R8000 on a premium of R283?. i don't even have a policy document for the so cold death cover. all other providers does give policy details and documents and agreements. all your team does is to say that I agreed on the debit order mandate.
