I Need My Paid-up Letter

My Wonga account which is under debt review was handed over to HTN Attorneys and I settled the amount in full but now it's a mission to receive my paid-up letter.

It's been 2 weeks waiting and I sent follow-up emails but still, no assistance has been received. I need the paid-up letter in order to get my clearance certificate and now everything is stuck because Wonga and HTN cannot do their jobs. Please assist me my life is stuck because of this paid-up letter.
