I have NEVER been so disgusted by a stupid and sarcastic agent. I had to call 5 damn times with no assistance. Managers have failed to call me back. LETHU KHUBEKA or whatever her name is needs proper training. She has 0 people's skills, she clearly needs to go back to training and learn how to speak to customers. I asked to speak to a manager and she said "NO". Clearly you guys are running a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse there. Disgusted!
