I have had the worst experience with wonga

I have had the worst experience with wonga. I took out a loan, wonga deducted it off my account now it's almost 3 years later and they still claiming I ow that money plus interest after nimble apparently bought my debt which to me is *****ulent as it had been paid. Whose pocketing the money then? After numerous attempts, sending bank statements it's just been a back and forth story with automatic response emails. Its pathetic and my account now is just over R9000. I am getting nowhere. I would rather pay to get legal help than pay a loan almost 3 times the value back. There has to be someone for the little guy. Even considered contacting devi to see if she would be interested in investigating as I'm not the only person with this problem by the looks of it and it has tarnished my credit score so badly I cant do anything.
