Horrible service from Charlse !!!!!

Never in my life have I ever spoken to such a rude consultant in my life!! I’ve been calling all morning till I got assisted now by the last sweet lady that assisted me with my loan agreement letter (I forgot to take her name) she is the only one that made sure I actually got the letter, the other consultants don’t even get back to you when the line cuts even when they’ve taken your details!!! I spoke to a pathetic Charlse that was literally shouting at me and telling me I won’t be able to speak to a manager when I asked to speak to one, he was awfully rude and demanding that I listen to him, he needs training on how to speak to clients and the terminologies of the company as he seems to not know what he is doing!! What frustrated me is the fact that he shouted at me! Never have I ever felt so undermined before ! He doesn’t know how to practise TCF!!! I’m not happy with the service I got and I requested that his manager listens to the call and advise whether this is how you guys treat us clients!!!!!!!!!
