Hidden Fees
Properstorous billing of repayment.
They have a tendency of reflecting an amount which has hidden costs, This is like false marketing because we are pulled by fair repayments and all of a sudden the money has hidden admin fees which you did not expect and they are really unreasonable, I just think the process should be transparent
