Handing over paid up accounts
I don't understand how you guys can hand over an account that was paid up in 2019 already. I took a loan on 23/12/2019 which I repaid on the 24/01/2020 as per our agreement. I've been calling your customer service department without any assistance, all they do is take me from pillar to post. I don't know how many times I've tried to dispute this but now you have handed me over to Nimbles. Which has dropped my credit score by 32 points. Your VVM consultants are not assisting. This account shows a zero balance even on the statement on My Wonga profile.
Please fix this because it's frastrating.

31 Aug 2021, 16:43I disputed R1188. 54 on the 24/03/2020, this was for the loan number ***. This was a multi period loan. Which was later handed to VVM and got settled. The original loan amount was R2800.
I never reversed R1804. 16 in March 2020. I've been requesting for a statement from them but it's a blank statement without any transactions.
I've been sending my bank statements and the statement that I pulled out on my Wonga profile. How do I still qualify for a loan if I still have an outstanding debt with you?!
I wish someone couldn't contact me so I can explain and send relevant documentation.
All the Nimble Group ever do is refer me to you for further queries.

16 Sept 2021, 14:36I'm still waiting for a response.. You claim I reversed the payment. I'm waiting for proof. I where can I send my bank statements because I'm really tired of this Nimbles thing because they are not helpful. You should have records of this account prior handover, I never took a loan with Nimble but WONGA
