Got a nerve but no funds received
Hi so on friday evening I app**** for a loan. wonga approved it Saturday morning at 9:00am and said the money is winging its way to my account anyway I still haven't received my loan of R500 yet you guys came and debited my account last night of R665 at 23:00pm. So where is my money that was winging its way to my account? today is tuesday an still no money? Now my question to you is do you think that it is fair for you to take your repayment amount yet I haven't received the money I app**** for? And please dont tell me its my bank I was there now and they say there is no money pending so where is my R500 that I loaned from you wonga? I always took a loan out an never had a problem I always paid back on time so what is happening im very disappointed. You need to either refund my money or im going to reverse it. I must say poor service.
