Funds not distributed

I app**** for a loan yesterday and I got approved at 3pm yesterday and it says that it will take 1 hour to be in my account ,still nothing .And I have an emergency ,I have to use that money urgently.

We are sorry to learn that you are not happy with our service and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Your loan has been approved, and your cash is now on its way to your bank account. You should have the funds in your bank account latest by tomorrow morning.
 
Please remember that the amount of time it takes for your cash to reach your account is dependent on your bank.
As soon as your application is approved, we instruct our bank to transfer the funds to your bank.
 
Should you have app**** before 3pm on a weekday, you should receive your cash the following morning at the latest. However, your bank might take longer to process the transaction – meaning that your funds should be within your account within 24 – 48 working hours.

Unfortunately, Wonga has no control over the bank reflection times after we instruct our bank to transfer the funds to your bank.

We wish we could be of more help, but unfortunately our hands are tied at this point.
