Frustrating in getting paid up letter.

Hi, I have settled the loan i had with Wonga in 2021. When i call asking for the Paid Up Letter their phone will give you these options but it won't take to talk to the consultant. When i send an email no one replying me but auto reply emails. It is frustrating i must confess.
