I had an overdue amount of 497.53 which i paid via eft on the 12/03/2019 but even today my account is not updated, and to make it worse the extra charges are continuing to grow. I spoke to several consultants who told me to email proof of payment which i did several times but still no change. This is so frustrating. Your help will be highly appreciated.
