Frustrated
I missed my direct debit in April as I was retrenched and waiting for my severance. May 30th I logged in to check my balance - which I settled. Today as I was checking for my settlement letter it says there's a settlement balance of over R400 and it says it will be over R1000 by end of June - what am I settling now? I used the last of my money to settle, why now do I have an additional R1000 when the agreed amount was paid - even if I was in arrears

04 Jun 2025, 09:47Will that change anything? As we speak, it seems the amount is increasing daily. If the principal loan and it's interest was paid before it was due, why is the debt collection fee increasing?
