Forever indebted to wonga

Its of great sadness that I have to resort to writing reviews on hellopeter to get any sort of assistance from Wonga. Last month I paid one of my outstanding account with Wonga and funny enough, they sent me, all my paid up letters, but to my surprise, Wonga has not updated any information on ITC. Today I paid my last and final outstanding account to ARA and once again, they handed over my account to a different law firm. I had previously made arrangements with ARA hence all my accounts are fully paid, according to my understanding. When I checked on ITC apparently I owe wonga R16000. Could you kindly update on your system and rectify with the relevant credit bureaus, hence this has affected my credit profile badly. Furthermore, I received a 20% discount from ARA to settle my account. Please update your systems and furnish me with my last and final paid up letter.
