False credit information issued

I have been a regular and loyal client of wonga finance sa. To my disgust I found out that they sent off incorrect information to the credit bureau pertaining to our business dealings. This negatively impacted both our own transactions as well as my relationship with other service providers. After consulting both the customer care and collection department telephonically and via email, I received an automated jargon response to my query. No one seems to be taking responsibility for the injustice I have been served for being a loyal and trustful client. I am sitting with the brunt of someone else's negligence. Be careful of wonga.

I received a call from Carl Kearns, a customer resolution specialist at Wonga SA. He acknowledges the incorrect information they issued from their side. How this has had a negative impact on my household the company will not accept. They agreed to fixing the error but they are not prepared to own up. This is what i received for being a loyal customer. Pathetic after sending them proof. I will not advise anyone to test them out.

Good day Wonga. I do not here anything as to how you plan on assisting with the financial implications your error has placed my household. I am sure you are aware that the schools start today and that your error has had a devastating impact upon these proceedings. Let me be more blunt, how do you plan on financially assisting me as your negative and false information issued had an impact on my credit scoring as well as my prospect of securing any possible funds elsewhere. So apart from fixing the error, which by the way is the least that any one would expect you to do, how do intend on assisting me financially seen that you self-confessingly ******ed everything up.
