Explosion

I took a loan with wonga of R5000 in July and I made payment arrangements with to pay 500 every Friday of the week to complete my debt with them . They agreed and said I will pay the R500 every week with Nimble . Then I was paying like promised every week with No issues. Then on the 12 November 2025 I received a call from a Nimble agent telling me that they want to give me a discount to settle my debt and they need me to pay an amount of R1331 once off amount and my debt will be settled/closed and I won’t have to pay anything after that . But I am shocked to see that wonga hasn’t removed/ cleared the amount that I was told that I won’t have to pay anymore since I got a discount. And wonga acknowledges this because they sent me an email saying that they received my prove of payment because I did email it to them. They said it will take up to 72 hours but it’s been more than 72 hours now and the remaining balance keeps accumulating areas .
