<p>Carl thank you for your excellent assistance today, you really did more than what is expected. I app**** for a loan on 23/12/2016. Received several messages that the income on the bank statement differs to what was indicated on the system, income incorrect and so it continued. A lady, Lindakulhle (not sure of spelling) tried to help me telephonically, she really put a lot of effort in but still no joy. Resubmit a new application was requested. Today Carl contacted me, I told my story and then he explained how the system works. Stayed on the line and guided me to complete the application again. Great joy everything is now ok. Without his guidance the loan would not have been concluded. So Carl thank you, much appreciated, my son is on his way back home and Lindakuhle you also did more than your colleagues’did to assist me. Wonga you have two stars, look after then, you nearly “lost” a customer today</p>
