Double debit amount & no refund

I have been de*****ed R2000 by wonga. Firstly I took a loan with you when I needed it for an emergency. Unfortunately I was unable to pay it back due to late salary payment at work. From the initial interest they doubled up & I made arrangements with wonga agent to debit the outstanding amount of R3518.47 on the 30th April if I am not mistaking. Debit of that amount went off my account and to my surprise of R2000 also went off my account with wonga reference. After several attempts of calling wonga, being kept on hold & speaking with many customer Agents. Giving me excuses & promising to Refund my money of which they were not supposed to take it from the first place. Its end of the month now again, I did not receive my money. I dont know what games are your agents playing, I am a father & husband with responsibilities. And calling you people everyday its very costly. <br> <br> My questions is you just debit peoples money that you not supposed to debit at the first place. How do you act so ******** as if everything is fine. Surely someone from collections could have picked that up & rectify this error within 24hours unlike waiting for the whole month.
