Does not Stick to Arrangements

I am extremely upset at the moment. I made arrangements to pay my outstanding balance in three separate installments due to financial difficulty. However the total amount was deducted!! This leaves me with no money for living expenses. Why make an arrangement if this is not what Wonga will be doing??? I do understand that I am the one owing the money, but I have made arrangements. I have tried phoning but can’t get through to someone that can help or that makes sense. The last consultant that i spoke to even told me to apply for another loan. My emails also do not get answered.
