Dissatisfied

Iv been sending emails but no response I even tried using the live chat but after sharing my concern my chat gets ended and I get asked to rate a service I wasn't even offered. I need to know when the loan will reflect in my account I did the mandate and my account still says money is on its way to me. I thought this was quick process but it seems to be like any other company. This is not a quick process at all false advertising 😒 I'm so disappointed
