disappointing service
After i Got Hijacked I turned to my creditors for help. I explained that i lost my car and belongings and made a arrangement. After i honored my arrangement and paid my account in full i requested a paid up letter on the 22nd of august 2018. I was informed i will receive it within 24 hours and it was not sent. I called in on Friday 24 august and on the 25th only to find it was requested only on Friday after i called. Today is the 27th and i still have not received it.
