Disappointing

I am not happy with the service I receive every time when I apply, I have always use my payslips to apply and I always get a message submit bank statements. Whilst I have been with this company for a while and they even have increased my limit but now and then I must submit statements. I am really baffled as I have always used this method from day one. Even now I have tried but still I receive an sms verification bank statement sure you guys can see my records. I am disappointed really.
