Disappointed

I'm highly disappointed in the service given at Wonga. I app**** for a loan and settled payment before given time 28/06/2025... It still shows an outstanding amount.... I've been sending endless emails and find it pointless cause I'm still not helped.

How is this even possible if the loan was only R5758... And on top of that I settled payment early.

The two payments received were not enough to settle your loan balance. 

If you would like to get a more detailed view, you can view or download your loan statement online, by logging in to your account and going 'My Loan" and 'Loan Documents'
