Disappointed ☹️

I don't know what's wrong with Wonga now, I've been working with them for more than a year but never had this experience. I have paid manually before but it has never taken this long for funds to reflect on my loan account, I paid up and even sent proof of payment but Blake and associates won't stop calling even after I called to tell them I paid. I'm very disappointed shame 😔
