disappointed

I am very disappointed, i have been using Wonga every month for approx a year and was always assisted, today i app**** for an emergency loan and I was declined. The agent said the reason for it being declined is because there was something i needed to update and thats why i was declined online the whole time. Now because of the amount of declines i have with the bureau it cannot be approved. I feel that they can assist me as i am a good customer and i am not at fault for the declines because they have not contacted me to advise why it was declined. I demand to be assisted in this regard.
