Difficulty uploading bank statement
Hi I app**** for a loan with Wonga and it got approved but I keep getting stuck on uploading my proof of income.
I uploaded 3 bank statements of the past 3 months. But it got rejected saying my application couldn't be processed due to the documents I provided. I dont know how should I deal with this? I tried calling but my calls never reach one of your agents.

10 Nov 2025, 16:17That's the issue. The statement directly from my bank is protected with a password. I use Tyme bank.
Hence, I have to remove the password as Wonga suggest.
So how should I upload a bank statement if it has a password ? Does wonga have other alternatives to prove my income?
