Details not updated at ITC

I had an account with Wonga it was settled in July and my details have not been updated it still shows that I am owing them. I have sent emails regarding the issue but no one is assisting.

Hi Brenda,

We're so sorry for any inconvenience caused.

We have reviewed what transpired on your account and can confirm your loan has been

ceded to Norman Bissett and Associates.

Due to the length of time your account was overdue, Wonga unfortunately, cannot

assist you in any way.

If you settled your loan with the Nimble group, they will

issue you with a paid up letter and send an update request to all

credit bureaus to update your ITC profile.
