DESPICABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Most pathetic service ever received from customer service agent, unable to empathize or even show sympathy I have been on hold for more than 6 minutes only for her to tell me that there is nothing she can do. I am so irritated by the level of services we get provided by Wong agents it is honestly disheartening. Take your agents back to customer service training they need it especially Thando whom I was on the call with around 09:45 she is rude and useless.
