Delay

I app**** for a loan an got approved and excepted but I’m stuck at the part where it says reviewing income and bank details it has been on and off like that since last night I even had to reapply and it still the same , I received no other email only stating money will be in my account soon but the app says still reviewing and I need the money so what’s the point you apply but can’t get it soon
