Deductions not per agreement

Took out a loan for two months , first instalment went off 22nd Dec whilst the second instalment was set for 1st February 2024 per our agreement. On the 29th they debit again , why ? Our agreement clearly specifies the dates but you decide not to abide by the terms.My finances are now messed up . I’ve sent emails and tried to call but no one answers .
