Debits off my account
My account is handed over and being handled by Pam attornies. Its the second month. Yet Wonga debits my account. Even though I've made arrangements with the Attorney. This is unacceptable and it's *******. Stop debiting my account

Although a repayment plan is set up with our debt collections agency,
The Debit order that was accepted with your loan agreement
cannot be stopped or canceled.
Should you have arrangement in place and the debit order runs,
will we gladly escalate your account to our Finance team to have
the amount refunded back to you.
