Debited twice

Hi, on 22 March 2024 I made a payment to Wonga, which I was then allowed to make another loan yesterday. Immediately after getting credited, then boom, a debit order. Wonga gave me money and debited it same time. Now it looks like I will have to wait another 6 days to get this money back. I am taken from pillar to post, even asked to prove that I already paid this money. Please refund asap, I needed that money today for urgent matters.
