Debit Order payment taken from my account yet im handed over
Wonga has collected there payment from my account, i reach out to them and speak to Ashley on their live chat, letting her know i cant seem to be able to apply for a loan and i am requesting a paid up letter. I am then told she cant give me a paid up letter as my account has been handed over. Why is the account handed over if they have debited my account and received the funds?
