Debicheck and It saga

Applying for a loan became along process. Normally it is processed within hours. I received confirmation saying it was approved I should process a debicheck, which never came through. To say the call Centre staff at *** were rude is an understatement. One Charles kept on shouting "you don't understand!" it's not our problem....it is IT. The other lady just cut me short with "do you have anything else to ask, bye!"!! Still waiting.....
