<p>I've set up a payment plan for this loan. I acknowledge i owe u money. Why the hell would u still debit my account and when i call in , i get shoved from Pillar to post telling me the collections have the account and will be able to cancel the debit order but collection( LRG attorneys ) only set up a payment for me. No issue with. My bank cant stop it or block the debit order due to the fact that WONGA ARE ******* AND USE DIFFERENT REFERENCE NUMBERS TO ***** MONEY AFTER U TELL THEM NOT TO. And to top it off.. when u wanna set up a payment for another loan... nobody can help u but they so quick to debit ur account. I swear, let this happen again when i get paid... i will drag ur ****ing ****s to court and i will not pay a cent bank! </p>
