Customer Service is definitely a zero rating !Feedback is needed!
I app**** for a loan and I still haven't received any feedback - I emailed customer service and no one has acknowledged my email or got back to me? Is your customer service even operational and if so, you need to replace them with a team that is efficient enough to get back to a customer.
