Good day

I have been getting emails from Wonga that i qualify for a loan. And when i went online to apply i got rejected with a response that i was owing with an active active account. I got confused and was adviced to call. Which i did, and was promised a call back even yesterday 09/07/2018 i was promised a call back which never came through. This morning i decided to call again and i spoke to a lady by the name of Ncumisa i explained my frustrations to her she promised to call back i told her that is a story i have been hearing since last week till date she promised i decided to give her the benefit of a doubt. Within an hour she called me back and has resolved the issue, and has removed bar blocking me from using system

To me she made my day as i was getting confused who got a loan using my name. I just want to appreciate Ncumisa i forgot to take her surname. She is a star of Wonga.
