I'm happy with there services and they recently updated their website and it is very easy to use. And I hope in the future the company will work on updating our credit profile as you can go for the full three months without any updates. This is really damaging to our scores

It takes a maximum of 30 days after your payment, for credit record updates to reflect on your side
If the 30-day period has passed and your credit report has not been updated, please provide us with a copy of your credit report from Compuscan, Experian or Transunion in order to request for the profile to be updated urgently.
Please keep in mind that Clearscore is not considered as a reliable credit report.
