My salary date changed. I mailed them requesting to change the debit order date. They still ran a debit order a day before my previous salary date. I am furious and disappointed.

We are not able to change the contractual debit order date on your Wonga loan repayment.
If your salary date or your banking details have changed, you will need make a manual EFT deposit into our bank account.
Please keep in mind that our automated collection system will still attempt to collect from your bank on the agreed upon due date.
