Collection of debit order

I app**** for a loan then on my last month of payment. I was supposed to pay R1486 then I payed R100 before due date. On due date there was no money in my bank they send me massage within 5 days that they hand over my account. I was left with R486 then they charge me some interest I then payed it on the 7th day of their due date I payed R551. And when I get paid on 28th they deducted another R1486 and I was no longer owing them I tried to send email until today no respond my kids doesn't have food at home.
