Charged twice without my concern
I am really disappointed with service at Wonga in partnership with Blake, I did make payment arrangements with an Agent for the month of October, we agreed on the certain amount but however that payment arrangement was a double charge. What does payment arrangement mean? What about the other debt I still have to settle? Once again I paid the agreed payment , why debit again in the very same month?
