Cant complain about service if there is none
The wors service in customercare ever!! I spent R150 airtime waiting for one of the people to answer the damn phone .. Emails are even wors i need help regarding a debit order mandate thats expiring in a few hours and i have been emailing them and all i get is a autoreply saying they will only reply to me in maybe 42 hours . I need this taken up because they are useless

She couldn't help me at all and the more i explained to her my application is going to be cancelled unless i get the mandate sent to my account and all this lovely internet human had to say was a scripted reply of please give the mandate 24 hours it has been 30 hours already how long do i have to wate???
