CANT BORROW LOAN
I have been battling through out an an entire week with Wonga consultants so much so one of the consultants hung up on me this morning. I cant even upload documents as it comes up with a message saying "upload failed". From their side I did what was expected of me to use a different PC and having to go to the internet cafe as suggested and cleared cookies on the original PC but still cannot upload. They also mentioned that the previous loan is pending. Now im being told to send screen shots.

Wonga abides by the rules and regulations set out by the NCA.
It is a requirement that your documents needs to be uploaded online.
If the device that you are using is not compatible it will not allow
you to upload your documents online.
Should you have used an alternative device then we require a
screenshot of the error you are getting so that our technical team
can investigate.
