CANNOT GET A PAID UP LETTER!!!!!!

Good Day

Myself and my Debt Councilor have been trying to get a paid-up letter with no success. I have called Landua attorneys (Who say they don't deal with Wonga anymore), HTN Attorneys (Who then gave me paid-up letter, with an incorrect reference number and then told me I must contact wonga directly) and I've called Wonga and they tell me they can't help me because my debt councillor must contact them, which they have been trying to do for over 4 months now with no progress.

My PDA statements show that my Wonga account was paid up in 2018.

I cannot get my clearance certificate because of this constant back and forth with you and your collection agents. It seems no one knows what they are doing.

I am getting extremely frustrated and no one can help me or give my debt councillor any feedback either.

I need someone to contact me urgently to sort this out.
