Cancellation
Good Day,
My wife and i made a loan with Wonga on the 4th of January. The next day the funds were paid into our account and we realized that we do not need it.
We then sent a mail and were advised in this mail that we will receive feedback within 8 hours it is now 86 hours later and we still have not received any feedback, if we do not get any feedback this matter will be taken further as we like using this service however the turn around time on your service is putrid, you guys are quick to give money but take your own time and effect your clients credit scores when they want to cancel.
