Bureaus still reflecting a balance
I was informed that my information has been sent to TransUnion to update my account as closed. However my account still has a balance of R1690 accross all four credit bureaus

We have reviewed your account and can confirm that you lodged a
Hello Peter complaint on the 15th of February and we requested
a copy of your credit report.
We then re-escalated your details to all credit bureaus to have your
ITC profile updated.
It is unknown if the credit bureaus has any backlogs and when they will update
your details. Their turn around time for all updates is 5-30 days.
