Breach of contract

I have a short term loan with an arrangement to pay on the 24th November 2017. I was not debited as instructed by myself on that date and cannot get through to a call centre and the email is invalid. The funds are available for repayment but yet interest is ****tinually being charge. I need this resolved today and need assurance my ITC profile will not be compromised!
