Beware of Wonga

My loan installment with Wonga was R1700 per month so I decided to settle the remaining balance of 2 months that was about R4800....I Paid full amount using Ozow on their Wonga website....I received a message next day from Wonga thanking me for settling my account in full BEFORE the Debit date.....When the the Debit date arrived a Debit order from went through and deducted R1700 from my account.....I decided to email them countless times for my refund and still no response from them...all this happened on the 23th February 2024....it seems like they're NOT willing to refund me at ALL because it's been 2 weeks NOW and no response from them and they're not willing to refund me...I should have just stuck with BOODLE LOANS....I want my refund!!!!!
