Bad service from Wonga!!!!! Don't use them!

I am experiencing the worst service from Wonga. I have never come across such bad service! I still can't get through to their lines. The people that emailed me did not even try to solve anything. They reply so late and I still haven't managed to reverse my money. It's almost a month now
