Bad service
My account is still not updated instead there is an additional amount being added whereas I paid my balance in full. This is very disappointing.

Why have you gone awol on your clients like this. Why is the customer services and collections department not responding to calls nor emails. Why is interest being added on a paid up account. What a disappointment, I hope I never have to rely on your services again.
